02/11/2009 - Dopo aver deciso l’annullamento del ballottaggio in seguito al ritiro ieri di uno dei candidati, Abdullah Abdullah, la Commissione Elettorale Indipendente ha proclamato Hamid Karzai nuovo Presidente dell’Afghanistan.
