The group of international climate experts have travelled from Vladivostok to Moscow, from where they will travel to Copenhagen, to attend the COP15 United Nations Climate Change Conference. Margaret Sagevik said the purpose of the journey was to attract attention to rail as a part of the solution to the “greenhouse gas” exhaustion problem, as transport causes nearly one quarter of the global CO2 emissions.
