21/12/2009 - Colombian soldiers are seen during the ceremony in which the 3rd Division of Colombian Army was moved from Cali to Popayan, main city of Cauca department, Colombia. In this department there is a strong presence of the Colombian Army Revolutionary Forces (Farc) guerrila group.
