23/12/2009 - Burmese migrant child Pei Si, who survived from the 2004 tsunami disaster, is seen in front of run aground fishing boats at the fisherman village of Ban Nam Khem, one of the heavy damaged area in Phang Nga province, southern Thailand. The 2004 tsunami was caused by a 9.2-magnitude earthquake off the coast of Sumatra. An unusual vertical lift, caused when two tectonic plates collided, triggered the killer wave that claimed more than 8,000 people lives in Thailand, half of them are foreign tourists.
