How to survive in the jungle is a part of the multi-national joint military training exercise of Cobra Gold, that focuses on maintaining and improving military-to-military relationships among the United States, Thailand, Singapore, Japan, Indonesia an, for the first time in 2010, the Republic of South Korea. More than 14,000 participants are involved in the exercise, designed to promote regional peace and security.
