Protesters, mostly women, display placards and the portrait of jailed Myanmar’s opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi (unseen) during a rally at the Presidential Palace to mark the global celebration of International Women’s Day Monday March 8, 2010 in Manila, Philippines.
