I ragazzi di Gaza: parkour, rap e breakdance nei campi profughi
Il gruppo rap DARG TeaM lavora al video music 'Long Live Palestine', a Khan Younis
In this photo taken Tuesday, May 11, 2010, Palestinian members of the DARG TeaM rappers, Bassam El Masry, right, and Sami Srour, perform during the making of their music video ‘Long Live Palestine’ in Khan Younis, southern Gaza Strip. In back rooms, refugee camps and vacant lots across this impoverished territory, young men are rapping over hip hop beats, flipping over metal bars and spinning on their heads to funky dance music - not the preferred hobbies of Gaza’s militant Hamas rulers. Many Gaza youth - the bulk of its 1.5 million residents - are stuck between Hamas strict version of Islam and the Israeli-Egyptian blockade that keeps them locked in with little work.
