Arch bishop Agostino Narchetto from the Vatican hosts the annual Oktoberfest service at Hippodrom festival tent in Munich, Germany, 23 September 2010. The folk festival takes place from 18 September until 03 October 2010 for the 177th time. It was celebrated the first time 200 years ago on the occasion of the wedding of King Ludwig I of Bavaria and Therese von Sachsen-Hildburghausen.
