Red River flood waters surrounds a home north of Fargo, North Dakota, USA 11 April, 2011. The river has crested in Fargo at 38.75 feet (13 meters), the fourth-highest flood on record, but flooding is still a problem downstream where officials say about 60 miles of roads are closed in Cass County.
