All images are created in 2010, Paris. The series consists of 50 images. all photographs are printed on archival rag paper with archival pigment inks. Sizes are following: 50m x 50cm (ed. 10) & 100cm x 100cm (ed. 5).
The cities of the world are concentric, isomorphic, synchronic. Only one exists and you are always in the same one. It’s the effect of their permanent revolution, their intense circulation, their instantaneous magnetism. Jean Baudrillard The work series “Lost - Paris” is both documentary & autobiographical psychogeography based investigation about complicated ties between human beings and their physical environment. I had discovered that sense of LOST is most common meaning to describe the existence of contemporary human being at selfcreated urbanized environment. Psychogeography used as the research strategy to study how behavior and emotions (both me and others) are affected by environmental features which may or may not be consciously organized…
