Lanterne presso il tempio buddhista di Donghwasa a Daegu, Corea

A visitor looks back at lanterns lining a staircase at the Donghwasa Temple in Daegu, Republic of Korea, 31 August 2011. Donghwasa Temple is a time honoured temple from the Silla Dynasty built in 493 AD by Geukdaljonja and originally called the Yugasa Temple. The temple is home to the 30 meter high Tongil-daebul Buddha statue which is the largest Buddha statue in the world. In the body of the Buddha statue there are 2 pieces of Buddha’s bones presented by the Myanmar government. (EPA/NIC BOTHMA)
